This salon happens to be strategically placed and this is the reason why it took six months for the owners to find a good place. It happens to be a partnership between Frank Spinale and Stacey Spinale. Even though it is a partnership, the partners happen to have another form of relationship as they are a husband and wife. Even though this may be a delicate form of partnership due to the other external relationships, they happen to be the best partners. (Palo Alto Software, 2010)

The reason is that Frank has a lot of experience from the past places of work. This means that he is likely to be very efficient in the business through provision of the best form of services. On the other hand, Stacey has a very good network of both workers and clients. This also means that the business venture may expand because it will have the best market as she will attract the best workers and will have a sizeable number of clients. (Palo Alto Software, 2010)

For a business like this one, it is really necessary that the clients have confidence on the worker and therefore believe that they can make their outlook better. This is the only way that the business will retain customer which in turn will make the business prosperous. It can therefore be argued that incase the two partners do not bring their domestic issues into their place of work, this is a good form of ownership and the management may be termed as complete.  (Palo Alto Software, 2010)

The reason is that Frank has the skills and competence that will keep the customers coming while Stacy is well networked and this means that she will keep on pulling more and more customers into the business. If it can work, it is beneficial for a company to have this form of ownership in a business. However, the problem is that it is difficult for such people to draw a clean line between domestic issues and business issues. Due to this, it can be termed as illogical for a business to have this form of ownership for the company. (Palo Alto Software, 2010)
